Joy Buttons is a punk band from Washington DC consisting of members Brandon Moses (Laughing Man, Ducts), Matt Dowling (Deleted Scenes, The Effects, Swoll), Erik Sleight (Tölva, Br'er, Swoll), Dan Ramspacher (Pray for Polanski), and Ryan McLaughlin (Typefighter, Polyon, Pash, Air Volee). Originally formed in 2011, Joy Buttons released their first EP, titled Arkhipov EP, that same year, followed by Other EP, released in 2013. Now, after having several members relocate around the country, are finally releasing their debut LP, titled Natural Catastrophes.
